Honestly, I just absolutely love eating.
EatingALotofVeg started off as just a small food-stagram account where I primarily posted photos of burgers and bagels that Iโd made. Since then it has grown and evolved into showcasing the food that I love to eat all over the world. As my own culinary journey has progressed, so has the account, moving from vegetarian to vegan and presenting more of my own cooking as I move forward as a chef.
Starting off as a cook in a burrito bar, working in my first restaurant and now working as the sous chef of a breakfast and brunch cafe.
If it wasnโt for the constant support and food based peer-pressure (and phone camera) of my girlfriend, this account wouldnโt be anywhere near where it is now.

Loved it, love pizza night, I used to make mental pizzas. Took some for my lunch the next day. Served this with spicy cheesy wedges ๐ค๐ป
@super_natural_newcastle looked after us on a cold and rainy Sunday morning. One full English breakfast with Sausage, scrambled tofu, potato, rosti bites, beans, tomato, mushrooms and bloomer toast. ๐ And one breakfast wrap filled to burst with rosti bites, fried onions & peppers, tomatoes, scrambled tofu, and smashed avocado ๐ฅ served with extra rosti bites. ๐
Absolutely class, I don’t know why it’s taken me so long to come here but it won’t be the last. Can’t wait to try the roast ๐ฝ๏ธ
Happy Luna New Year ๐ This meal is about as traditionally Chinese as a Tikka Masala but it’s still class ๐ Homemade salt and pepper chips, vegan chicken curry, spring rolls, vegan prawn crackers and a vegetable chow mein ๐

Absolutely class, idk what they changed the vegan chicken to but it was mental. We couldn’t even finish it all. Wish they had a valentines vegan special but I can’t complain after what I ate ๐ซถ๐ป the video at the end was an accident but looks cool thanks yogi ๐งก
Early Valentine’s Day meal. Starter, main, two sided, dessert and a bottle of fizz for £12. We got the vegan Brie hearts with sweet chilli sauce, vegetable Wellington, triple cooked chips and strawberries with chocolate sauce๐ซ the spinach and peas were made by me as we picked up two packets of chips ๐
Made a red wine jous to go with the Wellington. Dessert wasn’t pictured as we had it the day after while watching Jeremy strong in the apprentice. I also drank too much fizz and felt underpants at work the next day
Burns night was lovely ๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ณ๓ ฃ๓ ด๓ ฟ homemade savoury mince pie, neeps and tatties, peas and whisky sauce ๐ฅ
Had the left over pie filling last night and it was lovely, forgot I put an Iron Maiden IPA in it ๐ค๐ป

Loved it all, ate way too much and enjoyed every minute โค๏ธ
Cashew carbonara with scrambled @tofoo , fried @quorn_uk ham and little shell pasta.
Made this on a whim because we had vegan ham to use. Took some for lunch the next two days. Class would make again.
Birthday breakfast from the other week. Was missing @kinlondon_ so the lovely Mrs made me a Kin from home. ๐ฝ๏ธ Scrambled tofu, sautéed spinach and mushrooms, houmous, fried potatoes, sourdough, avocado, homemade beans, tomato and baked sriracha tofu bits ๐ณโ๏ธ
It truly is the most wonder time of the year, she did bits, it was class, happy lad ๐ค๐ป
Homemade takeaway, donner kebab wrap and a London pizza. Yes it’s chips on a pizza, yes it’s carbs on carbs, yes it’s class. ๐ฅ๐

Absolutely class, still eating it today. Meatloaf recipe by @thee_burger_dude , @nora_cooks_vegan_ for the cauli cheese and Yogi for the mash ๐ค๐ป

I made my own vegan Yorkshire puddings ๐บ๐ผ Sausage roast dinner with leeks & peas, tenderstem broccoli, mustard mash, carrots, roast potatoes and onion gravy ๐ง
Class, gonna make these for thanksgiving and Christmas. Don’t bother getting the oil hot it doesn’t work for these. Shoutout healthylivingjames for the recipe I think. If not shoutout James for the mushroom bolognese anyway ๐

Vegan braised onion burger with black pepper Mayo, sautéed mushrooms and vegan cheese served with homemade wedges and bbq beans ๐ซ
I would eat these onions everyday. I like wrapping my burgers in tinfoil and leaving for 5 mins before eating so everything steams and softens ๐
@shipouseburn is my favourite place to visit in Newcastle. This vegan hidden gem is located on Stepney Bank in the Ouseburn, and I make a point of going every time I come back up north. ๐ฝ๏ธ The Ship Inn in Newcastle is quickly becoming a go-to destination for anyone seeking delicious vegan food or even just a couple of pints before a night out. ๐ป One dish I always find myself going for is The Lucky Fish N’ Chips. Seaside style marinated tofu wrapped in nori seaweed and beer batter served with crushed sweet peas, chunky chips, and tartare sauce. ๐คค
